"Mater Health Services (MHS) Brisbane initially engaged Foundations Consulting in 2009 to develop the business change management capabilities of the project managers within their Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program.  Whilst implementing a project change management framework and toolkit for the Information Management Division of the Mater during this contract, Foundations Consulting also played an active role in managing the change and adoption aspects of several eHealth projects within the EHR Program.  These projects were highly successful in terms of time, cost and quality and the sponsors (MHS Executive) of these initiatives concluded that their success was attributable to how well the Mater staff and external stakeholders were engaged, prepared and supported.
