Foundations Consulting believes that the responsible use of personal information collected on its website is an important element in its business operations and critical to its reputation.

If at any stage you log on to www.foundationsconsulting.com.au (our "Site"), we will only use the information you provide us with to respond to your requests and provide you with information about our services & latest news.  Whenever you receive information from us, either electronically or in hard copy, you will always have an opportunity to request not to receive the information again and your wishes will be respected.  

If you send us a curriculum vitae (CV) to apply for a position with Foundations Consulting, we will only use that information to consider you for available opportunities.

Personal information will only be retained for as long as necessary to answer your query or as required by law.

We do not share personal information with third parties and will not use or disclose personal information collected by us for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is collected, unless consent has been obtained to use the information for additional purposes. 

The exception to this is where it is reasonably necessary in order to assist a law enforcement agency or other legal process.  We do not sell personal information.  All personnel with access to personal information have been trained to maintain its confidentiality.

When you visit any part of our Site we collect statistical data about that visit (e.g. what you looked at, the way in which you moved around the site etc) which is not personally identifiable. We use this information to make our Site more useful and easily navigable.
